Bistro Express Manufacture code - expiry date

BISTRO EXPRESS® Rice.

The first number of the freshness code indicates the year the product was produced, the second and third numbers indicate the week of the year it was produced. The remaining numbers or letters are for internal manufacturing purposes. Below is an example.

912DM41
(the 9 = year 2009)
(the 12 = the 12th week of 2009

12/10; The first two numbers “12″ refer to the week of the year. The next two numbers “09″ refer to the year.  Therefore, the sample code above indicates that this product will be best if fed before Dec. 2010.

The freshness depends upon how the product is stored. If our products are stored properly they remain fresh for 52 weeks
